About
Crystal graduated from James Madison University and went on to graduate studies in behavior analysis at Nova Southeastern University. She is passionate about developing programs that promote clinical quality through strong systems and well supported clinical teams.
After working with national organizations to scale and grow services for children with autism, Crystal joined MPAC to lead the development and oversight of all clinical services for the organization. In this capacity she ensures MPAC is delivering on its promise of high-quality services for all families that enter its doors. Crystal focuses on training, oversight, and program development to continue building infrastructure and services for the children of Hawai'i.

Advice for someone starting in the field:
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. The best way to learn new things is to step out of your comfort zone, practice what you are learning, and to seek feedback from trusted colleagues and supervisors.
